Return policy

Process returns or exchanges within 30 days of placing your order. 

The items must be returned using a return label generated from our system within 14 days of return confirmation receipt. 

Start a return or exchange by emailing us at support@gearenvie.com with your request and order number. We will respond with a return shipping label. 

Please Note: All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. 

All applicable refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. You will be notified via the email address associated with your order of the status of your refund. 

Each item has been inspected for production defects upon arrival to our facility. We also personally inspect and package each order with care. If you’re not satisfied with one of our products, please reach out to us for refund, repair, or replacement. 

Gear Envie’s return policy does not cover general wear, normal usage, theft, damage caused by accident, or by using the item outside of its intended purpose. Items purchased on sale or donated by Gear Envie are not eligible for return. Returns and exchanges are only eligible on purchases within the continental US and do not apply to international orders. Any charges by 3rd parties, such as shipping, handling, customs/duties, or any other charges will not be refunded or reimbursed by Gear Envie. 

The return policy does not cover animal damage, damage due to mishandling by third parties, extreme wear, or any alterations made to the product. Improper handling, cleaning, care, abuse, or neglect of the product are not covered. Please note that every item returned is inspected by our Customer Team. Damages occurring from shipping must be documented in photos before being returned. 

Items that do not perform their intended function will be eligible for replacement, exchange, or store credit. Please contact us immediately and provide as much information as possible. Your request will be evaluated by our Customer Team once the product is received and evaluated. 

General wear is considered stretching, marking, fading, abrasion, or other breakdowns caused by normal use over the product’s lifetime. The lifetime of the product is the period of time in which an item serves its intended purpose of normal wear and use.
